Sr. Design Engineer

Conducting application and design engineering on new and existing products;
Reviewing drawings and sales order requirements;
Running design calculations to ensure reliability in all products;
Providing full technical assistance to Sales, QA, Purchasing and Manufacturing;
Analyzing designs in regards to cost and function to offer best value to customers;
Working on cost reductions and inventory consolidation or reduction;
Supporting Engineering Change Order activities associated with product manufactured.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Mechanical Engineer or Manufacturing Technology preferred.

5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, process controls and project management;
Must have experience in fluid power technology, hydraulic cylinder, OEM Cylinder Application, hydraulic system engineering for heavy equipment;
Must be proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Engineering calculations, stress calculations;
Seal technology, hydraulic materials, statistics or structural analysis, seals, steel, valves, etc.;
Familiar with American Bureau Shipping (ABS), DNV-GL, Military Contracts, New Product vs. Product Support;
Advanced accounting skills including analytical math, statistical math, blueprint reading, and geometrical tolerance calculations;
Strong interpersonal, communication, and Microsoft applications skills;
Desire to move to the next level after 2-4 years;
Able and willing to travel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
