Quality Engineer

Developing and implementing the ISO 9001 certificated quality system;
Implementing hardware standards, methods, processes, training, programs and auditing of products, processes and services;
Providing leadership for Continuous Improvement by identifying issues, corrective actions and driving six sigma projects to improve performance;
Directing and coordinating the overall quality specifications, standards, inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, processes and finished goods;
Visiting customers or suppliers when necessary regarding specific quality problems;
Driving root cause analysis skills deep into the organization;
Communicating status, systemic issues and strategies to Senior Management;
Analyzing project success, trends and recommending process improvements.

EDUCATION: 4-year technical degree required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years in quality or continuous improvement in a manufacturing facility;
Proven ISO/Quality Certification Implementation;
Six Sigma Black Belt experience preferred;
Automotive experience is a plus;
Computer proficiency in JDE, MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook;
Experience with E-QMS preferred;
Time Management skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
