Responsible for operating machinery or equipment in different areas of the plant as assigned. Perform quality checks as required. Ensure proper raw or packaging components are used based on product. Trouble shoot breakdowns and ensure efficient operation of equipment. Maintain line operation and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure minimal interruptions in production. Responsible for routine preventative maintenance and sanitation in work area. Supports and abides by all department policies and procedures. Acts in a professional manner reflecting the mission, philosophy and values of Kraft Foods. Communicates effectively to avoid errors and to make adjustments based on feedback from co-workers and supervisors. Individuals interested must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights, including weekends. Individuals should be willing to learn multiple skills, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills and have a desire to be a team player in a team setting.
Must be 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Background in a manufacturing environment or a technical background with electrical, mechanical, or automation experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
