Summary:The Textile Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting linen/supply orders to all customer sites, while maintaining the highest possible quality, sanitation, and safety standards utilizing various delivery vehicles
Qualifications:High school diploma or certificate required.Some delivery driving experience required.Some driving experience with a vehicle GRVW of 16,000 lbs to 26,000, strongly preferred. Ability to effectively communicate.Must be dependable, reliable, and be able to work flexible hours.Must be able to plan and organize work duties and be alert to safety hazards.Must be able to work with a team to accomplish goals.Must possess a good driving record.Must have a mechanical aptitude for recognizing equipment problems.Must be able to effectively work independently for most of the work shift. Must possess a valid Iowa Driver s license, with a good driving record and must have or be willing to obtain within one month of hire a valid Iowa Class D chauffeur s driver s license with a #2 endorsement.
NOTE: All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of references, background checks, pre-employment physica, drug screen and post offer exam.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
