We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in all aspects of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for machinery and equipment.
Champion the development, implementation, and daily oversight of a comprehensive maintenance program, including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with Production teams to effectively schedule and execute equipment and facility repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the maintenance function, encompassing areas such as supplier performance, third-party contractor performance, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to all operating teams, troubleshooting equipment failures, analyzing problems, and implementing long-term solutions.
Train and mentor staff on proper work methods, safety procedures, and USDA regulatory compliance.
Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
In-depth understanding of preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) principles.
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies a strong plus.
Working knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and ability to enforce all safety regulations.
Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
Salary:
$70000 - $85000 per year.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
