They are looking for a candidate to fill their Accounting Assistant position.

Hurry, this position will not be available long! Accounting Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking payment terms on new orders.
- Sending out credit references.
- Entering payments in QuickBooks.
- Processing daily billing.
- Tracking orders waiting on prepayment.
- Tracking orders completed waiting on balance due.
- Collections via email and phone.
- Communicating with customers via email and phone regarding deposit or balance due payments needed.
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
- Microsoft office experience preferred.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Attendance is very important- must be able to commit to being at work as scheduled.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
